  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Nairobi: 1–2 business days

  • Other Major Towns: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier schedules.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location:  Ksh. 300 within Nairobi

    • Outside Nairobi may vary depending on the location

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.
